Orders will be shipped USPS, UPS, or Fedex.

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after order is placed.

Forget Me Not Lingerie does ship internationally, however, shipping costs may vary depending on weight of package and location. Therefore, you may be notified of additional international shippping charges after your order is placed. At that time, you will be able to pay the additional shipping fee or cancel your order. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Forget Me Not Lingerie does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

Return Policy:

Please note, for health reasons, we do not exchange nor accept returns on panties or thongs or g string panties or items that cover the crotch, so please select these items with care. Federal Health regulations prevent us from exchanging thongs and underwear, as well as any other merchandise that comes in contact with male or female genitalia for your safety.

Due to the seasonal nature of certain items, we are unable to refund or exchange Holiday Garments and Costumes. Any Costume purchase made during the month of October is not eligible for return or exchange. Any holiday specific items, such as Santa Costumes are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.

Any items returned must be must be sent back prepaid in the same condition (item(s) must be NEW in original packaging with all tags attached and not damaged in any way) as when originally shipped. We recommend package be returned to us via certified/registered mail with insurance equal to your order's value for your protection. Please email Forget Me Not Lingerie for more information on returning an item. Please note we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected mail.
